Use the attached waiver/notice templates when conducting photo and video shoots of your League events.
Photos taken by state and local Leagues are property of that League. We encourage all Leagues to take photos at your events, but please be mindful of photographing people and getting the proper permissions. Notice of photography is best for taping up around an area at an event. Photo release forms are best for individual portrait photography/video, and we recommend that you keep them on file for three years. If permission of the photo subjects has been obtained or the notices have been posted at an event where you took pictures, Leagues are free to share their images with other Leagues.
