During the 2020 – 2022 biennium, a League of Women Voters taskforce, comprised of local, state, and national leaders from across the country, was created to examine the capacity and structure of the organization. Building on the data collected through the Transformation Roadmap assessment, the taskforce also solicited input from state leaders at National Council in 2021, examined the journeys of other nonprofits, and sought stakeholder and expert input to create a suite of recommendations called the League Structure Transformation Plan.
