Growing Your League Tree

Instructions for the Grow Your League Tree activity from 2023 Council.

1)Buy a large cardboard tree or draw one on a large piece of paper.

2)Buy or create paper leaves. 

3)Set leaves, markers, and tape near the tree.

4) Ask your group to do the following:

5) Take one leaf and write a word or phrase or draw a picture in response to: What does the League need to grow and thrive over the next five years?

6) Invite attendees to return to the tree throughout the event and meeting if new conversations prompt new responses.

7) At the end review the results with all. Ask them for their thoughts on what is there, what isn't there, what needs to be there more, etc.
